TECHNICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Photos shown on the website are strictly informative, the shop reserves the right to allow minor changes due to the changes made by a manufacturer.
Photo description of a product:
- Presented furniture in fact may slightly differ from the pictures presented on the pictures in our store. The reason for this may be the monitor settings and the paint used when printing prospectuses and photos.
- Upholstered furniture ie sofas, corner sofas, poufs, armchairs can vary in size up to +/- 5 cm, however, this is extremely rare.
- In most pre-packed furniture, there are no mounting kit to hang on the wall. The reason for this is that the buyer has to adjust the assembly system to the type of wall he owns.
- The delivery of ordered goods is carried out through our own transport, however, we allow the use of courier services about which the customer will be informed.
- The Purchaser undertakes to take all actions necessary to accept the delivery of the Goods on the day of expected delivery.
- The maximum estimated waiting time is 40 business days, however we do our best to make the delivery faster.
- If the buyer is unable to collect the goods after delivery, the re-delivery amount is automatically charged
- Upholstered and glass products should be checked in the presence of delivery person.
- The buyer should make sure that he has enough space to accept the goods inside his estate, if not, the buyer is still required to pay the full amount for the goods delivered to him.
DELIVERY DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD / PRE-HOLIDAY PERIOD
- Deliveries in the period before the Christmas and Christmas period require earlier purchase. This is due to the increase in orders, which directly affects the deadline for processing the order. The customer will be informed of the exact date of delivery.
- Deliveries of furniture to the customer are payable.

- The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order.
- Option 1 economical: The driver delivers the ordered goods to your property. The buyer's obligation is to make sure that he has enough space to accept the goods. Properly wide doors, large enough space and corridors. Our employee can spend only 15 minutes at the buyer when delivering the order.
- Option 2 paid additionally: Two men deliver ordered goods to you. They help and set up upholstered furniture. If you are worried that you can not deal with putting together the hard furniture, you can order a furniture service (payable service - see the appropriate tab). As in the above point, you must have enough space and a wide door.
- If, due to your mistake (too narrow a door, not enough space in the room) it is impossible to bring the furniture up, furniture will be left on your property.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE PRODUCT
The rights to the goods will not be transferred to the Buyer until the Seller receives full payment for the goods.
RETURN OF THE GOODS
The buyer has the right to return the purchased furniture within 7 business days. The condition of return is the intact condition of the packaging. Packaging and the furniture itself must not have signs of use. Furniture manufactured to size on the individual customer's request is not refundable.
